The best way to empty your bowels effectively is to have something oily...and probably dirty...for breakfast. Something along the lines of a roti bom from Nirwana's.

My Friday the 13th last week was pretty hectic. I did however get to experience what it's like for a construction worker and to be working at a site. Let me sum it up by saying it pretty much sucks. The amount of dust, the shit at the corner of the stairs, the puddles of water, etc....It's not really my kind of scene.

 

I don't know if I'm allowed to put this up, but heck....here's a preview of The Gardens @ Midvalley, opening in September.

But if more than two people over the past couple of weeks said that I have put on weight, there must be at least some truth to it. I'm not gonna be a Bry about it and go on a "diet" of sorts, it's just that it's starting to get me worried that I might eventually become FAT!!

 

Sigh....must be all that "staying-in-the-office-doing-nothing" that's got me putting on weight.

So the Penang "work" trip was fairly enjoyable...and also since it's been like 10 years since my last visit to Penang. Penang seems more modern than I remember it to be. There are alot more clubs, hotels adn luxury condos now...and there are also more rempits now. To me, Penang is still a place you wanna spend a holiday in, but never to stay or live in. The food there is no doubt good, but you can even get nice food in KL. The only thing worth going to Penang for is to buy DVDs, which costs a mere 4 bux!!

 

The thing I found out about Penang over the weekend was:

1. I have never seen more convenient shops and 7-11s in one town...There's practically a 7-11 or another convenience shop everywhere you look

2. Nasi Kandar is fantastic and cheap!

3. Penang drivers are morons

 

 

 

 

Overall, an enjoyable trip in which I look forward to going again soon.

 

 

So it's another bacl-to-work Monday in which I look forward to going home already. It's a lil more exhausting considering we came back from Penang just yesterday...and I was just so tempted to call in sick today but kept in mind my responsibilities and the amount of work at the office. A bloody ASTON MARTIN DB9!! I never knew we even had one in Malaysia!! It's so fuckin sweet....with an engine looking bigger than Theo's backside! Sweeeeeeet....!!
